This Medical Disclaimer applies to myimpacthealthnetwork.com and all content and services offered by Impact Health Network ("Impact Health Network" or "IHN," a brand and dba of Army of Impact, LLC, "we," "us," or "our"). It is part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it carefully before acting on anything you see or receive through the Services.
1.Impact Health Network Is Not a Medical Provider
Impact Health Network is a HIPAA-compliant technology platform. We are not a medical practice, clinic, or pharmacy, and we do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose or treat any condition, or dispense any medication.
Nothing on our platform creates a doctor-patient or other licensed professional relationship with Impact Health Network.
2.Content Is Not Medical Advice
All health, wellness, nutrition, supplement, hormone, peptide, and related content we publish or share is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and must not be used as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual needs vary, and what is appropriate for one person may be unsafe for another. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified provider with any questions about your health or a medical condition.
3.Independent Providers & Pharmacies
When you are connected with or evaluated by a doctor, telehealth provider, or pharmacy in our network, those parties are independent third parties. Any evaluation, diagnosis, prescription, and treatment decision is made solely by a licensed provider exercising their own professional judgment, and any medication is dispensed solely by a licensed, vetted 503A compounding or other pharmacy. Impact Health Network does not control, direct, or take responsibility for their clinical decisions, services, or products.
4.Prescriptions, Peptides & Other Therapies
Some content and providers may discuss peptides, supplements, hormone-related therapies, or other products. Information about these products is educational and is not a recommendation or assurance that any product is safe, legal, effective, or appropriate for you. Whether any product or therapy is appropriate, and any prescription for it, is determined solely by a licensed provider based on your individual circumstances and applicable law. Do not start, stop, or change any supplement, medication, or therapy without consulting a qualified provider.
5.No Provider-Patient Relationship With IHN
Reading our content, communicating with us, or using the platform does not create a provider-patient relationship with Impact Health Network. Any such relationship is formed only with the independent licensed provider you choose to engage, and is governed by that provider's own consents, terms, and policies.
6.HIPAA & Your Health Information
Health information handled by or on behalf of a licensed provider may be Protected Health Information under HIPAA. In that case the provider is the covered entity and Impact Health Network typically acts as a business associate under a Business Associate Agreement. 7.Medical Emergencies
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number (such as 911) immediately. Do not rely on the Services for urgent medical needs, and never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or received through Impact Health Network.
8.Assumption of Risk
You are responsible for your own health decisions. Any action you take based on content, connections, or services provided through the platform is taken at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Health Network and Army of Impact, LLC and their owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content, product, provider, or pharmacy accessed through the Services.
