1.Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, applying to our network, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a practice or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

2.Who We Are

Impact Health Network is a HIPAA-compliant technology and health platform operated by Army of Impact, LLC. We connect users with an independent network of licensed providers and vetted 503A compounding pharmacies, and we provide software and services that help providers deliver care. We are a technology platform. We are not a medical practice, clinic, or pharmacy, and we do not provide medical care, medical advice, or prescriptions (see Medical Disclaimer).

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

4.Accounts & Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform, providers, or users.

5.The Platform & Provider Network

The Services provide a platform that connects you with independent licensed providers and pharmacies and supports the delivery of their services. Any clinical evaluation, diagnosis, prescription, and treatment decision is made solely by a licensed provider, and any medication is dispensed solely by a licensed pharmacy, each exercising their own professional judgment. We do not control or take responsibility for the clinical decisions, services, or products of any provider or pharmacy, and a connection is not a recommendation of any specific treatment.

6.Payments, Billing & Renewals

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes for the Services you purchase, using a valid payment method. Subscriptions and memberships automatically renew at the then-current price for the same term until you cancel, and by purchasing you authorize us or our payment providers to charge your payment method on each renewal. You can cancel future renewals as described in your account or the offer terms. Amounts you pay to a provider or pharmacy for their services or products are governed by their own terms.

7.Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a subscription or membership to stop future renewals, effective at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, platform fees already paid are non-refundable. Refunds for a provider's services or a pharmacy's products are governed by that provider's or pharmacy's own policies. Any product-specific refund or guarantee terms presented at checkout control for that purchase.

8.Medical Disclaimer & Independent Providers

Content on the platform about health, wellness, supplements, peptides, or other therapies is educational and is not a recommendation that any product or protocol is safe or appropriate for you. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of the Services. Always consult your physician or a qualified provider before starting any program, supplement, medication, or therapy. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. 9.HIPAA & Health Information

Where independent providers use our platform to deliver care, they are the covered entities under HIPAA and Impact Health Network typically acts as a business associate handling Protected Health Information on their behalf under a Business Associate Agreement. Health information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the provider's own Notice of Privacy Practices.

10.Third-Party Partners, Pharmacies & Referrals

The Services may introduce or connect you to independent providers, pharmacies, products, and partner companies. We may receive referral fees, commissions, or other compensation from some partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the products, services, advice, or conduct of any third party, and a connection or referral is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any result. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

11.Intellectual Property & License

The Services and all content we provide, including software, text, video, graphics, and logos, are owned by Impact Health Network or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content, or share your access with others, without our written permission.

12.User Content & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it. By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading harmful code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping, reselling access, or interfering with the platform. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.

13.Earnings, Results & Testimonials

We make no guarantee of any specific health, wellness, financial, or business result from using the Services or joining our network. Any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised outcomes. Please review our Earnings & Results Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

14.Communications & Privacy

By using the Services you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including email and, where you opt in, text messages, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

15.Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content, provider, pharmacy, product, or connection will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.

16.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Health Network and Army of Impact, LLC and their owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services, the acts of any third-party provider, pharmacy, or partner, or any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

17.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Impact Health Network and Army of Impact, LLC and their owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your dealings with any third-party provider or partner, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

18.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect.

19.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
