Impact Health Network ("Impact Health Network" or "IHN," a brand and dba of Army of Impact, LLC, "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and how we protect it when you visit myimpacthealthnetwork.com, create an account, apply as a provider or partner, or use our platform to connect with independent licensed providers and pharmacies.
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.
When you use our platform we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits, using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).
We may receive information from social media and advertising platforms (for example, when you submit a lead or application form on Facebook or Instagram), and from our providers, pharmacies, payment, scheduling, and marketing partners, consistent with their own policies.
We use your information to:
Impact Health Network is a HIPAA-compliant technology platform. We are not a medical practice or a pharmacy, and we do not provide medical care, medical advice, or prescriptions.
Licensed providers and vetted 503A compounding pharmacies in our network are independent third parties responsible for their own clinical decisions, prescriptions, and services.
When independent providers use our platform to deliver care, they are the "covered entities" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Impact Health Network typically acts as a "business associate" that handles Protected Health Information (PHI) on their behalf under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). In that role, we use and disclose PHI only as permitted by the applicable BAA, by HIPAA, and by the provider's own Notice of Privacy Practices, not under this general Privacy Policy.
Information you provide directly to us for marketing, account, or platform purposes (rather than to a provider for care) is handled under this Privacy Policy. If you have questions about how a specific provider or pharmacy uses your health information, or to exercise HIPAA rights over your medical records, please contact that provider or pharmacy directly, as they maintain those records.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how our site and ads perform. This may include analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook pixel). For full detail, see our Cookie Policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though some features may not work properly without them.
When you provide your phone number, for example by submitting a form, applying, or creating an account, you agree that we (and our messaging providers acting on our behalf) may contact you by phone call and by text message (SMS/MMS) about your inquiry, application, account, and, where you have opted in, promotions and offers.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here, and any Protected Health Information is shared only as permitted by HIPAA and the applicable Business Associate Agreement:
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages, and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You may still receive non-promotional messages about your account, application, or support requests. You can also update your preferences or ask us to remove your information by contacting us below.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected and processed by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive limited information such as confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card, but we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems.
We maintain a HIPAA-secure platform and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and audit trails, designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Protected Health Information is retained as required by the applicable Business Associate Agreement and law. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. Residents of California and certain other states have specific rights under applicable privacy laws, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Rights over medical records held by a provider (Protected Health Information) are exercised through that provider under HIPAA. For all other information, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent.
Our platform is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Our platform may link to third-party websites, providers, pharmacies, and partner companies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our platform and services after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
